These benefits apply to everyone with an Aviva mortgage protection policy.

Guaranteed insurability option

This allows you to take out additional cover without evidence of good health if:

• Your mortgage amount increases
• You extend the term of your mortgage (not beyond your 70th birthday)

This option may only be exercised if

• Any increase in your cover is not more than €40,000 or if lower, the original level of cover
• The original policy is issued to you at standard rates

Accidental death benefit

• This covers you for accidental death while your policy application is being processed
• If you die due to an accident, we will pay €150,000 or the proposed amount of life cover, whichever is less
• Applies until your policy application has been processed, or until 30 days have elapsed
